The Lexus ES300 was known to the car world as a car that aptly delivers smooth and reliable driving experience to anyone who handles it and was famous as a bargain hardly beaten in the market. Available only one model, the 2001 Lexus ES300 were packed with a powertrain that includes a 3.0L V6 engine paired with a four-speed automatic transmission. The options list for this year's model is not that spectacular but includes significant equipments such as vehicle skid control, brake assist and variable adaptive suspension. Also, there were packages available like those that include a combination of leather trims, sound system upgrades and other luxury items. The front side-impact airbags that deploy from the seat bolter along with a requisite dual front airbags are standard in the vehicles safety feature list.
